Cancellation Policy

Think of this session like booking a hotel room—you've got to pay up at least 12 hours before check-in, or we'll give your spot away to another eager traveler. To make your stay (er, session) as comfy as possible, we'll send you a quick questionnaire right after booking. Please return it at least 12 hours ahead so we can fluff your pillows and prep properly. If you're booking last-minute, no worries—we'll still welcome you, but the minibar might not be fully stocked. Just a friendly heads-up: if life happens and you can't make it, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can reschedule or adjust plans. Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable (our hotel's quirky like that). Thanks for understanding—we can't wait to chat!
